BCF Extrusion
- Total production capacity of 5.500 ton divided over 4 production lines. With lots of experience in high-end synthetics yarns
- BCF yarn with a wide range off 700 till 3600 dtex, with the lowest DPF for a very soft yarn till the highest DPF suitable for the highest contract rating.
- Extrusion of yarns with different types of raw materials, as well recycled content or fully recycled raw materials.
- Add of antistatic yarn
- An endless choice in colors
Yarn processing
- Total production capacity of 8.500 ton divided over 16 production lines. With lots of experience in high-end synthetics yarns
- Rewinding and assembling of yarns
- Air entangling of yarns up to 6 ends
- Cabling/twisting with an varation in TPM between 30-400 TPM. Every position off our lines has his own motor therefore we can control our TPM, and guarantee high quality.
- Heatsetting we van heatset our yarns up to 150 degrees in straight heatset and frise. Our heatsetlines has state of the art control system so we have very stable heatset conditions.
